COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR APPOINTMENTS

WE ARE CONTINUING TO ASK YOU OUR CLIENTS NOT TO ENTER THE HOSPITAL AT THIS TIME. We are still operating curbside .
The main reason for this is that we are a small hospital and as such cannot maintain the recommended social distance of six feet. We do understand that it is difficult to not be present with your pet, but please know that we strive to minimize stress and always treat them with love and tenderness.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESES STEPS:


1. Call the office at 484-461-7520 when you are in the parking lot to notify us of your arrival.
Provide us with the best number to reach you while you are here, and inform us of your parking spot number.
Please be patient as there may be a wait.
When our team member approaches your car, please get your pet out of the vehicle so that we can bring your pet inside for the examination.

** Please make sure your pet’s leash, collar and carrier are securely fastened, and try to maintain a 6 foot distance from our team members if possible and please wear a mask.

2. Please have only one person who is healthy and not at risk bring your pet to the office.
** Please bring your cell phone and charger.
** If you have to bring children, please bring something to occupy them during the wait. Since you will be asked to remain the your car, have your children use the bathroom at home prior to the visit.

4. The doctor or technician will call you during or after the examination and go over findings and recommendations.
** This call may be from a blocked number. Please answer your phone!

5. At the completion of your pet’s visit, credit card payments can be done over the phone or via a portable credit card processor that is used curbside.
** Please check to make sure that you have received all the expected medication or products.

 

6. Depending on the care your pet requires, you may be asked to leave your pet (at no extra cost), so that all tests or procedures can be performed. We will have you return at a later time on the same day to retrieve your pet when ready.

Call when you arrive, so that we can process your purchase and bring your product to you.
